About Yvonne
Helping people has always been at the heart of Yvonne’s work.
Yvonne has always had the entrepreneurial spirit, having owned a pizza parlor, a bookstore, and a learning center where she taught preschool and ran structured daycare. In 2003 she carried that same instinct for serving people into real estate, and she has lived by the REALTOR® Code of Ethics ever since.
Utah requires 18 hours of continuing education every two years. Yvonne routinely exceeds it by 50 to 75 hours, always hunting for the classes that will actually help her clients build something lasting.
Her highest priority is understanding people's dreams. Relationships built on knowing, liking, and trusting each other are what her business is made of — for you, your family, and your friends.
She and her husband moved from southeastern Idaho to Utah when their children did, and now enjoy five children and fifteen grandchildren, plus fishing, boating, camping, the piano, and a very tall stack of books.
